Garden Club members and anyone who enjoys growing flowers are invited to enter. There is no fee to enter. Unless specified, all plant material must be grown by the exhibitor and entries are limited to one per class. There are 30 classes, and you may enter as many classes as you like. Exhibitors must bring their own containers, except single roses in Rose Classes.
First, second and third place ribbons may be awarded in each class. The Award for “Best in Show” will be presented at the Flower Show. Awards will also be given for “Most Points Overall,” “People’s Choice,” and for each Class and these will be presented at the Garden Club Summer Social in July. Judging is done in accordance with the BC Council of Garden Club’s Judging Standards. The decision of the judges is final. Entries must be picked up between 5:00 and 5:30 pm of the same day. You may delegate, in writing, someone to pick up for you. Unclaimed entries will be given away.
